Welcome
You are exactly where you need to be.
Trauma-informed, person-centered counseling for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, shame, life transitions, relationships, and the complicated stuff in between.
You Know Yourself.
I don't believe therapy is about a counselor sitting across from you with all the answers. You are the expert on your own life. You know what you've lived through, what you've survived, what you've been taught, and what you're carrying.
My role is to sit with you in the uncomfortable places, help you make sense of what you're experiencing, and get curious about the patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that may have developed along the way.
Sometimes the things that are keeping us stuck once served a purpose. Sometimes the parts of ourselves we dislike the most are the parts that have been working the hardest to protect us. And sometimes, finding peace means being willing to look directly at the things we'd rather avoid.
That's where we work together.
I won't tell you who you should be, and I won't ask you to become someone you're not. Instead, we'll work together to understand why you are the way you are, how you got here, and what you want to do from here.
Therapy isn't about fixing the parts of you that feel broken.
It's about understanding all of you—including the parts you've been taught to hide.
And you don't have to figure out where to begin before you walk through the door.
We'll find the starting point together.
